In response to the state's policy calling for green finance, Guijin Technology Co. Ltd., a subsidiary company of Huijin Technology, was started on November 14 with the support of the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Gui'an New District.

Gui'an New District, as a national new district, was selected as trial area for reform and innovation of green finance by the State Council in 2017, and thus take the historical responsibility for promoting innovative development of green finance in close focus on national strategy. Guijin Technology is a high-tech company in the field of green finance, which will provide integrated risk prevention and control solution for financial customers in Guizhou and South-West areas by relying on the policy advantage in Gui'an New District, based on innovation products and solutions of the parent company, and by closely focusing on system, product and service innovations in green finance, and create value for banking customers, and make contrition to construction of the trial area.
